This Interreg 2 Seas project (project period 2011-2014) established a cross-border virtual network in the field of visual design, a sector that creatively translates communication into multimedia applications. In this project 9 organizations from France, England, Belgium and the Netherlands collaborated to share knowledge, elaborate and showcase creative applications and stimulate creative entrepreneurship. New companies have actually been started and the project has greatly contributed to convert the potential visual design applications into business. The project had a total budget of € 5.7 million and received a grant of € 2.9 million. We developed the project for the municipality of Breda. We also wrote the complete application and supported the municipality of Breda in the implementation of the project.
