This Interreg 2 Seas project (project period 2010-2014) aimed to make waterways cleaner and to find applications to reuse the sediment released. To this end, this project has developed new dredging methods, improved the processing methods of sediment and carried out tests in which the reuse of sediment has been applied in infrastructure for water, roads and housing areas. In this project 4 water organisations worked together, with a lot of attention for legislation and communication to citizens and companies. The project has been developed by us and we have prepared the full application.
